Marketing manager - Full-time - Fully remote

Mission

  • Develop and execute growth strategy (from experimentation to industrialization)
  • Animate our content: social networks, newsletters and webinars to engage and reinforce our visibility.
  • Create multi-channel, data-driven acquisition paths: SEO, SEA, social ads, content, outbound, nurturing, referral...
  • Optimize tunnels through continuous testing (A/B, multivariate, UX, etc.).
  • Make the most of Hubspot: CRM, automation, scoring, advanced workflows
  • Measure, analyze and iterate rapidly (KPI, ROI, CAC, LTV...)
  • Collaborate with product, sales, data and HR teams to align growth efforts

Profile

  • Engineering degree (Polytechnique, CentraleSupélec, Mines or equivalent)
  • 5+ years' experience in growth hacking or CMO/Marketing Director position with growth dimension
  • Expert knowledge of Hubspot
  • Bilingual French/English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent analytical skills, entrepreneurial spirit, taste for experimentation
  • At ease in a B2B SaaS environment, with a complex sales cycle
  • Bonus: affinity with HR, compensation or Product-Led Growth issues
