Reporting directly to the executive team, you'll lead our customer growth strategy (acquisition, activation, conversion, retention) across the entire marketing and sales funnel.

  • What you'll do

    • Own and scale our growth strategy — from lean tests to full-funnel industrialization.
    • Drive social content, newsletters and webinars to engage our audience and amplify our brand.
    • Build smart, data-driven acquisition journeys across SEO, SEA, paid social, content, outbound, nurturing and referral.
    • Continuously improve funnels through sharp experimentation: A/B, multivariate, UX testing…
    • Make the most of Hubspot: CRM setup, automation flows, lead scoring and advanced workflows.
    • Measure what matters: iterate fast based on KPIs, ROI, CAC, LTV and real business impact.
    • Work hand-in-hand with product, sales, data and HR to drive aligned, scalable growth.
  • Who we’re looking for

    • Engineering degree (e.g. Polytechnique, CentraleSupélec, Mines or equivalent).
    • 5+ years of experience in Growth Hacking or in a CMO/Marketing Director role with a strong growth focus.
    • Expert-level proficiency in Hubspot.
    • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
    • Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for experimentation.
    • Comfortable in a B2B SaaS environment with a complex sales cycle.
    • Bonus: interest in HR topics, compensation, or Product-Led Growth.

AI Engineer

Full-time – Fully remote
  • What you'll do

    • Own the design, development and deployment of AI algorithms to elevate compensation intelligence.
    • Embed AI into our platform with a pragmatic, iterative mindset — using pre-trained models or APIs when it makes sense.
    • Wrangle, clean and prep data to feed high-performing models.
    • Continuously monitor, evaluate and fine-tune model performance to deliver meaningful outputs.
    • Work hand-in-hand with product and engineering to ship AI-powered features fast.
    • Ensure top-tier data quality and full compliance (GDPR, security-first approach).
    • Take part in key decisions on modeling strategy and technical architecture.
  • Who we’re looking for

    • Solid background in AI technologies — from classic ML to deep learning.
    • Hands-on experience with Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar.
    • Ability to bring AI into real products — full-stack mindset is a plus.
    • Curious about HR tech and excited by challenges in Compensation & Benefits (bonus points!).
    • Self-driven, collaborative and comfortable working fully remote.
    • Strong written and spoken English.
